If we are to remain healthy in later life, doing the activities we love, we all need some form of
exercise. One of the ways we can keep active is by walking, which is enjoyable at any age.
Developed to promote ease and enjoyment with improved mobility, the first part is an indoor
session, where we look at how we can make walking more pleasurable. This is followed by
walking along the sea front putting it all into practice with continued guidance. We also stop for
tea and discussion. This is suitable for all levels of walking.
